I would like my external component to receive notifications only when it's is online. I suppose that presence based delivery should be turned on, but in this mode my component doesn't receive any notifications.
However I am able to retrieve all previously published items from the node without any problem. I use "open" acess model for node and latest svn trunk ejabberd as xmpp server and pubsub service.
