Isn't a permission to redistribute implicit by enabling rssCloud (or 
Pubsubhubbub)? Granted it's not rssCloud's nature to use fat pings, but 
nevertheless the intent remains getting the content to any subscriber supported 
by the protocol. The only difference is how the feed content reaches the 
Subscriber.

Not to pile on you ;). It's a valid point - the publisher may, at their 
discretion, revoke rights for redistributing fat pings. Unfortunately there's 
no way to communicate that across...

Actually, and I know I'll probably take heat on this, but I'd be careful about 
redistributing content for which you don't have permission. There may be a 
reason why a feed owner does not want to use fat pings, whether the 
PubSubHubbub community finds it valid or not. In such a case, redistributing 
the feed might be considered a copyright infringement.
