Ahh, yes! I was trying to imagine a generalize subscription mechanism, but couldn't come up with anything concrete. These features are definitely something I'd like to see enabled via Webfinger. A good additional example would be telephone numbers, addresses, or even bank details (in Europe, IBAN is a pretty useful bit of information, something you readily share with people you trust, but not something you'd want to put up on a public profile). So, just to clarify, are you suggesting that the method of including "From: <Webfinger acct>" in web requests in general, but specifically in webfinger lookups might be better specified outside the PSHB extension? b.
