What is the expected behavior if a Subscriber sends a Subscription request to a hub for a topic url that a Publisher has not pinged the Hub about? Does the Hub just do an initial, then regular polls to then push to the Subscriber.
Also, can anyone elaborate of you possibly elaborate on the second question - where the initial data load comes from. Does the Hub track each subscriber's last received content or does it merely pass along what is from its perspective, new data?
