[pubsubhubbub] Polling feeds that do not ping the hub automatically

Got the app installed and working on a new appengine instance.

Question 1: Where do we need to tweak the app to enable polling for
feeds that do not ping the hub?
Question 2: For redundancy, isn't this app supposed to poll the feeds
at certain intervals?
Question 3: When do we expect to see hubs communicating to each other.
There is no such implementation yet, correct?
