[pubsubhubbub] pubsubhubbub for blog comment feeds

I know this may be off topic, but Is pubsubhubbub enabled for blog
comment feeds? Taking blogger for example, I'm able to subscribe and
get the handshake process done, but when there is a new comment on a
blog post, I do not get a notification.
