[pubsubhubbub] Problems With Google Reader when Using the Google Reference Implementation Hub

Is anyone else having problems with the reference implementation at
https://pubsubhubbub.appspot.com/? I've suddenly stopped receiving
pings from the Hub when someone clicks the share button within Google
Reader. If I do a manual publish of the Google Reader Feed at
https://pubsubhubbub.appspot.com/publish then I receive the pings.
