Yeah, the problem is that at the moment, we publish the first ping and
reject the second one, which means the link of the post is lost. I guess
we could check for the link, and reject any notifications that don't
contain a link, but I'm just wondering what the reason is in the first
place, especially as it happens for almost every post in this particular
feed, but not very often across the board (and we get notifications for
hundreds of thousands of feeds). My question really is "what causes the
hub to send us a ping without a link?"

I'm only guessing here, but you may receive notifications for the same
post when the user edits the post. It's your job at that point to
either ignore the ping or do something with it. I think receiving 2
pings for the same post is better than not receiving a ping at all.

Hi guys,
we've recently had a few instances of getting pshb notifications
multiple times, and the first time without links. I've been trying
to capture what we actually receive, here's an example:
- first notification, at 11:54 (UTC, so it matches the @updated
timestamp), without a url:

This seems to be happening consistently with this one specific
feed, can anyone think of a reason for this (e.g. anything related
to how the user creates posts?). Any pointers appreciated, thanks!
Mario.
