Hi All,
When a subscriber subscribes to a topic, feeds are received at subscriber
end by PUsH from HUB. Consider a situation where a subscriber is subscribed
to a topic and feeds are not received at subscriber end. There could be few
possible reason for this
1) No new feeds from publishers/HUB
2) Subscriber application is not working properly
Option 2 can be debugged easily but option 1 is difficult. A subscriber has
no knowledge of any changes in topic. So I feel there is a need of some
kind of system from HUB end which can indicate whether there are PUsH from
HUB for that topic or not.
