The changes from 0.3 are significant, which means there is a non-trivial
chance that something won't be right. 1.0 is a very important milestone
which I think we aren't ready for; we won't be able to make breaking
changes as soon as 1.0 is out. Let's wait for the major players to
implement 0.4 and if everything works out nicely, we can make another
revision with only very minor changes and call it 1.0.
