Bill, It's really hard to tell you which publishers are participating, because PubSubHubbub is decentralized. It's like saying "what's the list of websites?" We can tell you some publishers include Wordpress, Vimeo, Etsy, Foxnews Getglue, Feedpress, Feedburner, Google News... etc, but nobody can give you a full list!
