It is not a problem if the human resources are limited, but you should
at least provide repository access to contributors which obviously
produce some results that could move this project forward.
I try since 2 weeks to contribute some patches to this project, and
since a few days I try to contribute a website template.
Since I cannot do so, the situation becomes quite frustrating.
