On 8/23 we had a productive discussion on planning the Plugin API for
3.0. Thanks to everyone who participated. You can see the minutes from
the discussion here [0].
We are going to continue the discussion at a meeting on 8/30 at 9am ET.
A summary of next-steps will be sent out after we can get a more
complete picture of the work.
