I wrote up a "containers for Pulp3" epic [0]. It covers the plan as I remember it that we discussed at pulpkahn. Please comment on the epic for the big-picture feedback on would be better, or with questions, concerns.
I think the other 6 subtasks on the epic are blocked until [1] is resolved. It is not groomed, but there is a great PR open from ehelms [2] that does most of it already. Can [1] be groomed so we can add it to the sprint soon? Sorry this is coming in so late. It's been a lot to write up this epic.
