We host our test fixtures on fedorapeople.org and since August 1st, we've probably had about a 75% failure rate for our pulpcore builds due to failed connections to fedorapeople[0]. I've filed an issue in Pulp[1] to track this problem. I think we want to move pulpcore and all of the Pulp 3 plugins off using fedorapeople.org for our Travis CI as it's not a reliable source for files. I've posted some possible ideas on the issue[1]. Please weigh in.
