One way Pulp could create more value for users is by security scanning content it stores. There are some established projects out there for example, for containers and python code.
I've filed two epics to track the addition of those features to both pulp_container and pulp_python: pulp_container - https://pulp.plan.io/issues/6871 pulp_python - https://pulp.plan.io/issues/6872 I don't work on either of these mini-teams but I wanted to get the idea filed for the future.
