I created the pulp_v1 branch which will serve as /master/ for the v1 stream. The pulp_v1 branch is based on pulp-0.0.267-1. Going forward,PLEASE either do v1 fixes on pulp_v1 or on master and cherry pick to pulp_v1 as appropriate.
