The issue was because of importing a manager module before
initialization of factory. Looks like auth managers are declared global
in authorization.py which fails as factory is not initialized yet. I
have fixed it to not go through factory. Soon it will be refactored to
not use global managers as a part of the-great-auth-refactor of 2012 :-) .

The issue seems to be due to this commit

If i checkout previous commit, i'm able to login. For now we could just
$ git co 5ff9c937240b0a00178ed9738a1b54aa4cca9c32
as a workaround.
