Yeah, except that we renamed pulp-migrate to pulp-manage-db. It will do
the migration as well as load the types.
Lukas, this is what you'll have instead of the "pulp-server init" step.
That init call was calling pulp-migrate under the covers. We've removed
pulp-server and this script should just be called directly.
