Joel,Bryce doesn't look like you are on the CC of bug 782490,
but this issue is now fixed as of 2.0.8-0.1.beta

After installing that version, sync'ing my epel-el6 repo, clearing
the yum cache on the consumer, "yum search" works like a champ.
