I used the default relative path for my CentOS 6 repository (the default is to use the relative URL from the feed URL), and my .treeinfo file is availble at: http://pulp-server.local/pulp/repos/centos/6/os/x86_64/.treeinfo Have a look at /pulp/repos/<path_to_your_centos_repo>/.treeinfo on your installation, and see if you have that file there.
