I have two pulp servers, one in each datacenter. I'd like one to be the master 
and the other to be the child and get it's content from the master nightly.

I followed the instructions in the nodes quick start section of the manual: 
http://pulp-user-guide.readthedocs.org/en/pulp-2.3/nodes.html#quick-start

When I finally go to run the node sync, the sync comes back right away saying 
it was successful, but no RPMs ever show up on the child node.

The repos are published on the master node and the child node successfully 
bound to them.

Both parent and child are running Pulp 2.3.1 on RHEL 6.4

Below is the output from the sync:

root@pulp-parent # pulp-admin node sync run --node-id=pulp-child
This command may be exited via ctrl+c without affecting the request.
