I did it like this: pulp-admin rpm repo create --repo-id=CentOSBase-UAT pulp-admin rpm repo copy all --from-repo-id=CentOSBase-DEV --to-repo-id=CentOSBase-UAT This command may be exited via ctrl+c without affecting the request.
