All,
I merged the PR for standardizing the admin.conf and consumer.conf, as
well as, the method for loading and validation. Essentially, these
configuration files are formatted and behave just like server.conf. As
part of this effort, the values in these files now have defaults and the
properties in the configuration files are now commented out.
Development Environments: After your next 'git pull' from master, you
should copy/merge these files from your git checkout into /etc/pulp.
