Yeah we do want it. That name sounds fine to me. That said, we really need to have only one documentation project per repo and stop separating out user from tech. It doesn't gain us anything to have them be separate, and it does cause pains. For one, you can't autogenerate links between them. Also, they occasionally will have to repeat information (such as what fields exist on units).
