Hi Jon!

That's our Pulp v1 Wiki, and it isn't in use anymore. We don't have a
currently published roadmap, per se. We have kind of used Trello[0], but
not very actively so it's a little out of date as well.

We are currently evaluating our planning tools to determine if there is
a better choice for us. This might result in a more maintained wish list
that you would be able to see.

By node do you mean node.js? In the context of Pulp, "Node" is an
existing feature[1].

I am currently working on adding support for Python packages[2], and we
are also adding support for a few other types currently.

That said, we would love community contributions in these areas. Some of
the most requested plugin types include Debian support, Maven support,
and Ruby gem support. If you'd like to contribute Node.js plugins, it
would be very welcome.
