Hi, I'm glad that helped to solve your problem.  If you did not see the 
"message" printed out by the command line please open a bug.  Since we have 
more information in the message data we should make it available to person

2 GB Memory is not enough to publish a repo with 8500 packages, 
increasing memory to 4GB solved the problem.
