There are separate Kickstart repos, ie: https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/6/6Server/x86_64/<https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/5/5Server/x86_64/os>kickstart
If these aren't working, something is probably wrong with CDN again. Problems on CDN tend to be pretty frequent.
