Hmmm. Perhaps it would be valuable to ensure that the apache user can
write there? I briefly wondered if it could be an selinux issue since

I logged in as apache, and was able to write to /var/lib/pulp/content.

As Randy asked, does anyone else have any other suggestions? (I really don't want to have to rebuild this server and redo all of the syncs again).
