I have mirrored Cygwin using my own scripts for many years. Now that I am
migrating to pulp, is there any way to use pulp to mirror and publish Cygwin?
Note that I am not pushing Cygwin out to a cloud of VMs, but rather making
it available to engineer's desktop PC's.
I suppose this would require a new module to understand Cygwin's unique
packaging system, which sounds like a lot of work.
