Pulp 2.8.0 Release Candidate can be found in the usual beta location[0]. The release notes can be found here[1-6].
Note: EL6 users wishing to use Qpid can get the latest Qpid packages by following instructions[7] sent out recently on this mailing list. EL6 users will temporarily need to install Django14 by downloading it directly from Koji[8]. Django14 will be available in EPEL 6 again in the near future.
