Apologies if this is a silly question: Can I hop from 2.8.2 -> 2.8.4, this skipping the problems I reported in #1945? Or do I need to roll 2.8.2 -> 2.8.3 -> pulp-manage-db -> 2.8.4 -> pulp-manage-db?
