This morning we reviewed some issues potentially blocking the 2.8.7 release, and have determined that this issue must be done before we can release 2.8.7:
https://pulp.plan.io/issues/1788 The fix is already POSTed, so we're merged and tested this fix, the 2.8.7 release should be unblocked and we'll build Beta 2.
