I was not able find a way to import from ULN. You can import from Oracle's public yum repositories for OEL, though. That may not be sufficient if you need access to packages not made available there. Also, I encountered problems trying to import the base channel for OEL 6 from their public yum repositories. A few searches later sgowed that I was not the only one. This was back in 11/16 so that may have changed. The best solution I am aware of for ULN would be to setup an OEL server and make it a mirror in ULN. Then, assign channels in ULN and use that server as a local repository. From there, you should be able to import into Pulp relatively easily. Also note that you will need to install non-OEL packages on your OEL servers to allow them to fully leverage Pulp. Otherwise, you will be limited to using it as a normal yum repository. This might impact your support from Oracle. And, if you do stay with just using Pulp as a normal local repository, the question then becomes, "would it be easier to just point my OEL servers at the local repository I stood-up to allow Pulp to import from"? Last note, if you do pull OEL into Pulp you *and* you also have RHEL content there ... be diligent. One wrong content assignment and update later and you'll discover that your OEL server is now a RHEL server or vice-versa. Let me know what option, if either, you go with.
