The latest beta release of the Python plugin is available on PyPI[0]. This version is compatible with pulpcore 3.4.0.
This is mainly a pulpcore 3.4.0 compatibility release. In addition to that, this release contains a new feature that allows users to upload Python packages directly into a repository[1].
