Hi Bin Li,

pulpcore and pulp_rpm have their own release-schedules. When their releases
sync up it's more an accident than anything. The controlling data is
pulp_rpm/requirements.txt - if it says it works with a given pulpcore
release, you're good! (And if it doesn't, it won't install, so there's that)
