Hi, I finally had a chance to try to figure out how to manually upgrade that package. I went to version 1.12.3. The upgrade seems to have done the trick.

If you'd rather not wait you can just make sure that the django-storages package is upgraded to at least that version in the environment (which is all the installer would be doing anyway). You're using the ansible installer, yes?
