Sistem saldo sangat menguntungkan bagi server hanya maintain "single" akun. Adanya server juga memudahkan para retail dengan konsep saldo dapat trx utk seluruh produk. Ini jga yg membuat server berkembang sampai saat ini (menurut pendapat saya)

Anyway, kalo gosip yang saya denger malah HPP SEV di level distributor akan naik. Sepertinya skema dari Operator ke Distributor/Dealer akan menggunakan pola cashback seperti yang sudah2 (Telkomsel, XL, Smart kemarin).
