#935: Gnome Pulseaudio Mixer doesnt show Front Panel Options

OK, just so you know (because I can't remember if I mentioned this on
IRC), the problem here is the "Line" input which does not support a
volume. This then propagates to the Mic element because we try to reduce
everything to the lowest common denominator.
We have plans to fix this real soon. I'll let you know :)
