src/pulsecore/sconv_neon.c seems ARM Neon related. When trying to build
PulseAudio on MacOSX, for some reason, it tries to build that file. I removed
it and it seems that PulseAudio builds fine without it. My hack was basically
`echo > src/pulsecore/sconv_neon.c`.
