These lines in PulseAudio's udev configutration restrict full HDMI
functionality to just Nvidia and Intel:

> ATTRS{vendor}=="0x10de", ENV{PULSE_PROFILE_SET}="extra-hdmi.conf"
> ATTRS{vendor}=="0x8086", ENV{PULSE_PROFILE_SET}="extra-hdmi.conf"
But AMD cards also support multiple ports, and multi-channel data.
