Well I don't really care about which rate is used down the line. I think 44100
Hz would make more sense, but I could live with 48000 Hz too.

The problem remains that PA_STREAM_FIX_RATE and PA_STREAM_AUTO_TIMING_UPDATE
are incompatible and yet 1) this is not documented 2) this does not even return
an error.
