I haven't actually tested, but I think the load-module directive doesn't
require the module names to have the PA_SOEXT suffix. default.pa and system.pa
could be made prettier if the PA_SOEXT suffixes were removed. It might be that
the whole PA_SOEXT definition can be removed.
