PS:
I'm specifically thinking about that "Add virtual output device for
simulataneous output on all local sound cards" checkbox which is sitting on the
"Simultaneous Output" tab in paprefs.
That checkbox would fit much better into pavucontrol than it would in paprefs
IMHO.
