The Edirol M-16DX is a 18 capture 2 playback USB sound card and mixer.
While playback works fine with ALSA now, but makes PA hang. PA resumes normal
operation when the M-16DX is unplugged.
I haven't tried capture yet.
I'll be happy to provide more diags.
