That Zanata translation is specific to Fedora, and they don't send patches
upstream, so there's no "next sync".
I assume your fix would be visible in that link you gave, but it requires
logging in, and I don't have an account, so can you give the correct
translation?
Sorry for the hassle. I hope we can set up a web-based translation system for
upstream PulseAudio in the not-too-distant future.
