I am not logged in twice. I don't know how it used to be before, but Gnome
2.26 and 2.28 in that case simply present GDM login screen only on the
monitor and when I log in 2 instances of Gnome DE appear on both screens.
When I log off from the monitor, TV also gets logged out.
