I strongly recommend against doing so. These are daily builds of alsa-driver that track the daily stable snapshots in Takashi's web space on kernel.org. And, as Luke notes previously, it's useful only when we've triaged/diagnosed the issue sufficiently to be fairly (99%) confident that it will resolve some issue.
