I also found some solution:if the user is logged in and do in konsole:
pulseaudio -k
and than
pulseaudio -D
The flash sound and other players get's ok.
Just need to automate this,because users don't have access to cli
Yeah that just restarts PA but doesn't run the two scripts that are run
at login: start-pulseaudio-x11 and start-pulseaudio-kde.
Not running the latter one is what prevents the KDE routing kicking in
and is effectively the same as the suggestion I made last time around
(editing the start-pulseaudio-kde script in /usr/bin).

I will look into the ACL's now.But have to write an easy script to set
this up.
Last question: what is start-pulseaudio-x11 doing?Or what can be done
with this?
