This one is now fixed at least.

For the record, problem was introduced in

commit a39a83665f07a0819a31ee2d1ab60210a67c47a2
Author: Maarten Bosmans <mkbosm...@gmail.com>
Date: Tue Jan 18 11:26:57 2011 +0100

win32: Implement rtclock based on QueryPerformanceCounter

Also remove some unnecessary <time.h> headers.

It was the time.h headers removal that was overzealous.

Fixed by:

commit 38d0f4d15fc39575ea52c2832463d29050f8d0cb
Author: Maarten Bosmans <mkbosm...@gmail.com>
Date: Tue Mar 1 18:06:28 2011 +0100

    Include <time.h> where necessary
